Hmm what is your enigmatic booster? Also check your potions because sometimes after rebirth or acention those become inactive giving you no boosts.

Easy, go to the panel to select what one you are fighting and chose the farthest one you can go (that isn't black).

Go back down to Keymaster O and it should drop a key once you kill him.
